Classic sail style banner, best on a 3m pole as shown, but can also go onto a 4m pole. Place the rubber bung ( provided ) over the tip of the pole then slide the banner down over the pole, use a small bit of insulating tape at the base on the strap to hold it into position ( pole not supplied )
