What shipping options do you offer?
We provide a range of delivery options to ensure you receive your products in the most convenient way:
Standard Delivery:
Cost: £1.95 - £16.00 (UK) based on item size, weight, and value.
Delivery Time: Within 3-5 working days.
Note for Customized Products: Delivery takes 4-6 weeks.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 10:00 AM GMT Monday to Friday may be dispatched the same day.
Local Pickup:
Cost: Free by prior appointment.

How long does delivery take?
- Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days.
- Customized Products: These items are delivered within 4-6 weeks due to the additional customization process.
Note: Orders placed before 10:00 AM GMT Monday to Friday may be dispatched on the same day, potentially speeding up your delivery.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a “Track Your Order” link. Click on this link to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the courier’s website.
Please note: The tracking link redirects you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us.
What should I do if my item is too large to fit through my letterbox?
If you're ordering larger items that cannot fit through a standard letterbox, please ensure the delivery address provided allows for the item to be received and a name taken. We are unable to leave items in a "safe" location as they may not always reach the intended recipient.
What happens if the delivery attempts fail?
If multiple attempts are made to deliver your item without success, the package will be returned to us. To re-deliver the item, a further delivery charge will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
How do I return a defective or damaged item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item:
